HOW TO CHECK YOUR FIT?

  • Start with the band — your foundation of support

The band does most of the work. It should sit firm and level around your body, just under the bust, without riding up or feeling tight. If it feels loose or shifts when you move, it may be time to try a different size.

  • Let the cups hold you naturally

Your breasts should rest comfortably inside the cups, fully supported and evenly shaped. The fabric should lie smooth against your skin, with no spilling, gaps, or pressure. A good fit feels secure, never restrictive.

  • Check the centre for balance

The small panel between the cups should rest gently against your chest. When it lies flat, it means the bra is giving you the right balance and support.

  • Adjust the straps for ease

Straps are there to guide, not carry the weight. They should sit softly on your shoulders, without digging in or slipping away, allowing you to move freely and comfortably.

  • Move and listen to your body

Lift your arms, take a deep breath, stretch, and walk around. A perfectly fitted bra stays in place, supports you quietly, and never asks for attention.

  • Trust how you feel

True fit shows in comfort — no pinching, no red marks, no constant adjusting. When a bra fits well, you forget you’re wearing it.
